Twice a year, the Pricilla Circle of the United Methodist Women organize a Children's Consignment Sale.  We all know how quickly children outgrow their clothing and toys.  This sale is designed to assist individuals in selling their children's clothing and toys and at the same time, create funds for the church's outreach ministry through the United Methodist Women.  Jesus calls us to be good stewards of all we have since everything comes from God.  This consignment sale helps us live out our stewardship by not only being good stewards of our belongings, but also by generating funds that will assist those in need.

  1. Registration is only $5 and you keep 70% of the sales!
  2. If you volunteer to work the sale, you can shop early on Friday evening. Only the consignor may shop early, no friends or relatives.
  3. At drop off you will simply bring your items & place them on the appropriate rack or table, according to size. We will collect the registration fee at drop off.
  4. We are accepting good quality fall and winter children’s clothing, pajamas, halloween costumes, shoes, maternity clothing, cribs, strollers, high chairs, bouncy seats, swings, toys, books, bikes, & anything else a child could ever need! No stains, rips, missing buttons, etc. There will not be an inspection table, although we reserve the right to remove unacceptable items. All sales are final. Consignor assumes risk of theft, damage or loss of items.
  5. Items that are not picked up by 4:30 Saturday will be donated.
  6. All efforts will be made to mail checks on Tuesday August 24th.
  7. Clothing must be on hangers, with opening of hanger facing to the left. Please safety pin anything that may fall off. Price tags are to be safety pinned on the upper right side. Please use photo copies of our price tags only.
  8. Shoes, blankets, onesies, pajamas, swimsuits, & other smaller items need to be placed in Ziploc gallon bags with the price tag taped to the outside of the bag.
  9. Toys that have small pieces also need to be in a Ziploc bag. Make sure batteries are in working condition. No stuffed animals please.
  10. Price items in whole dollars, with nothing less than $1.
  11. Good quality items should normally be priced 1/4 of what you paid for the item new. Make sure it is a price that you would pay.
